The 7 Elements of Wellness is a simple, transformative lifestyle routine that combines both personal growth & wellness, dedicated to making you feel better more than you don’t. The 7 Elements are Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, Relational, Nutritional, Physical & Financial. What we found is that we are living these elements, it’s how much attention are we giving them, because where your attention goes your energy flows. When you combine them and they flow together, it’s powerful! We have had amazing feedback from the community, people are losing weight, repairing relationships, overcoming anxiety and depression, they are creating forward momentum in all areas of their life. It’s a journey of self love, a foundation to help you be the best version of yourself to just be YOU. We are dedicated to bringing you the best of the best in each of these elements, so whether you are on the beginning of your wellness journey you’re a seasoned biohacker we can promise you will find value in each and every episode.

In this episode with Wild West Taylor we learn from the man that has spent thousands of hours peeking into the mind of a horse. West has found a way to translate the nervous system in a way we can self-regulate on our own and how to reexamine the stories we tell ourselves that hold us back in life. He discusses how less ego and more soul leads to a more empathetic connection and how finding our own safety can transform our relationships with ourselves and others.  
West spent the first 25 years of his adult life pursuing the success in life he believed only existed by getting things done, by building a business, by living within an image and structure that society told him to be. Have the right job, live in the right neighborhood, drive the right vehicles, do all the things to meet society's definition of happiness. After years of trying to meet the outside world's perceived expectations of himself, West finally crashed his life. He lost his business, all of his money and the lifestyle toys that came along with ...“keeping up with the Joneses'". He found himself starting life over again at the age of 40, moving his family back home to his grandfather's ranch to regroup and begin his new life. “I don't know what I want to do, I just know it has something to do with horses”, West told his wife Kami. Learning and understanding how to train and work with Wild Horses, would be the base of the next 15 years of his life. During this newly created version of himself, West began to find the elusive happiness he was searching for in life, and he found it in the wild horses. He found the value of patience, taking life at a much slower pace, he learned about himself and how to create an internal sense of safety for his life.
West and his wife Kami of 35 years now, offer online coaching and host transformational retreats for individuals, couples and corporations to experience his Science Based Transformation Method at their ranch property in Southern Utah. 
West Taylor is now known as a horse and human behaviorist, relationship mentor and an expert in his industry. Ryan Bean shares how being an observer of life, rather than a reactor to life is where your power is.
In episode 20, Ryan takes us on a deep dive into breathe work and cold immersion therapy and how both can create new pathways that can help train your nervous system and improve your relationship with yourself and others. He shows us a 2 minute technique to break your parasympathetic dominance and take you out of your "fight or flight" response. Ryan also discusses integration and how important that is to make a lasting change in your life.
Ryan is a Navy veteran that is now a RYT500 Yoga Instructor, Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, Breathwork Facilitator, Language of Breath Collective Founder, Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Guide, Meditation and Mindfulness Trainer and Retreat Leader. Ryan is also the host of a mindful topics based podcast; "Life As An Observer". He received his yoga training at the foothills of the Himalayas in Rishikesh, India. Ryan teaches many styles and modalities from the powerful flow of Budokon Yoga, to a gentle trauma informed and sensitive practice. Incorporating Meditation and Pranayama (breath work) into each practice. Ryan is passionate about being in nature and using holistic approaches toward healing the mind, body and soul. Teri Daugherty, co-creator of the modality Energy Healing with Light, "The Lightswitch", teaches us how to own our own power to transform our lives.

Angie Sweet shares her story of transformation and recovery after spending 26 years in active drug addiction.  
2017 is the year she describes as the worst and best year of her life. After living a couple of years on the streets she found herself in a very dark place after not only losing the father of her children, but also the death of her oldest son.  It was also the year she took her power back and decided to get clean and recover so she could show up for her other children.  
She discovered LDUB club when part of her treatment and recovery was going to a group class to mirror neurons. It jump started her healing journey and she has been on the path of ultimate wellness since then. She shares her journey of healing and serving through the 7 Elements of Wellness and how she has now found her purpose to inspire others to make the change.
